Requirements
- Prior experience in training facilitation and record management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly explain complex information
- Familiarity with various training methods, including e-learning platforms
- Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
- Utilized AI to improve learning program efficiency either in content creation or administrative tasks
