We are seeking an Early Career Policy Principal to join our Decisionmaker Education and Engagement team. The ideal candidate has exceptional project management, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of that experience in political analysis, campaigns, and/or issues advocacy
- Experience in the advanced energy industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate technical subject matter
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Existing relationships – or a demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships – with senior leaders in the energy sector
