The opportunity
Atomi is growing, and we are introducing new service levels within our Customer Success team. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a large segment of small schools through a streamlined, tech-led engagement model. This role opens an important new service tier within our Customer Success team and offer the opportunity to be part of a mission-led team that supports thousands of teachers and students each day. This role opens an important new service tier within Customer Success.
You can expect to own renewals for 200 to 300 small schools, run onboarding and engagement through automated sequences, and support usage growth through email campaigns, nudges, check-ins, and light outbound calls.
What You'll Do
- Manage a large portfolio of small schools across NSW and QLD.
- Own renewals with a clear, fixed pricing structure.
- Identify opportunities for customer expansion and partner with Account Management team
- Build and run automated email sequences, renewal journeys, and usage prompts using HubSpot.
- Support tech-driven onboarding for new schools that join your segment.
- Track teacher and student usage and run targeted nudges at key moments.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to refine and improve repeatable, scalable service motions.
