Senior Product Manager– AI Platformwilllead product, engineering, data,design, sales, marketing, and CX to build the nextgenerationAI-poweredSaaS & dataplatform to transform electronicssupply chain workflows.This role requiresa strategic thinkerwith exceptional product sensewho ispassionate aboutestablishinga strong product cultureandbuildingstate-of-the-arttechnologyto deliver deep customer value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Discover and champion customer problems,translatingVoCinto winning product roadmaps and execution plans
Own theAI & dataplatform product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligningseamlesslywith businessobjectivesand customeroutcomes
Identifyand prioritize productopportunities with a passion for growth,balancing customer value, feasibility, and business impact
Lead market, customer, andcompetitive research and createbusinessplans with compelling ROI
Define platform capabilities, APIs, data services, and shared infrastructure that enable multiple products and personas
Leverageexceptionalproduct sense to make decisions on product functionality and GTMleading to product-market-fit and scale
Collaborate and leadagile teams of world-class engineering, data, architecture, and designexpertsto deliver scalable, secure, and extensible platform solutions
Inspire a level of collaborationwith Sales, Marketing, and Customer Successthat results inteams looking to you forgo-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and product adoption
Execute flawlessly on product launches, buildplatformmonitoring that ensures customer adoption, andchampion continuous improvement across the organization
Build, lead, and mentor a team of Product Managers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching,goal setting,professionalgrowth,and performance management
Set clear goals, expectations, and success metrics for the product team
Lead from the front, fosteringstrongproduct management best practices, includingAI product management, customerdiscovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, stakeholdercommunicationand success metrics
Act as a role model for collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric thinking
Scale the product organization as the platform and business grow
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelorsdegree ina technical field; MBA a plus
12 years of industry experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree
Deep experience in the software industry, with AI & data experience in the last 5 years a must-have;supply chain industry experience a plus
Demonstrated experiencemanaging and leading high performing teams
Experiencedefiningsharedsoftware platformcapabilities and managingportfolios ofproductsacross relatedworkflows
Strong strategic thinking combined with world-class execution skills
Ability tolead by influencing in all directions internal and external to an organization
Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and making data-drive trade-off and prioritization decisions
Exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to engage executives, partners, customers, teams, and colleagues
Willingness to travel asrequired
Work Arrangement: 3 days in office/2dayswork from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
