Ambient.ai is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Technical Recruiter to lead and scale our technical hiring engine. You will be a player-coach, driving both the overarching strategy, fully cycle recruiting on a number of roles and directly managing a team, all while maintaining a deep connection to the Bay Area talent market and full-cycle recruiting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- 1+ years in a people management role, successfully leading and scaling a technical recruiting team
- Prior startup experience
- Expert-level experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Ashby
- Proficiency with curated recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox, and other modern sourcing tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and metrics-driven, with a focus on data integrity and using insights to drive decision-making
