Sr. Technical Recruiter

Ambient.ai is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Technical Recruiter to lead and scale our technical hiring engine. You will be a player-coach, driving both the overarching strategy, fully cycle recruiting on a number of roles and directly managing a team, all while maintaining a deep connection to the Bay Area talent market and full-cycle recruiting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• 1+ years in a people management role, successfully leading and scaling a technical recruiting team
• Prior startup experience
• Expert-level experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Ashby
• Proficiency with curated recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox, and other modern sourcing tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and metrics-driven, with a focus on data integrity and using insights to drive decision-making
