As a Data Analyst & Coordination at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a vital role in analyzing data sets to drive business performance and inform strategic decisions. Your coordination skills will be essential in ensuring effective communication and collaboration between different engineering teams, supporting project management and operational efficiency.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating activities among engineering teams.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the development and management of the Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Previous experience in data analysis and project coordination.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of the automotive or engineering sector is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
