Requirements
- Serve the needs of the team by providing extra time, effort, and guidance
- Challenge and provide accountability to team members
- Coach team members to be humble and passionate
- Facilitate regular CSR team meetings and collaborate with TOG CS Technical Director
- Consult and provide proposal approval for client credit situations
- Supervise Client Service Representatives Team
- Advocate for clients and respond to requests within 24 hours
- Understand individual client goals / needs and recommend best product and service
- Effectively communicate results to clients within 24 hours
- Work with clients to find win/win solutions to issues that may arise
- Develop knowledge base and relationships with production teams
- Assist with the collection of accounts receivable, customer service agreements, and organization of cattle/embryo/semen movements
- Partner with external and internal clients to create an atmosphere of continual improvement
