Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Ability to navigate complex systems spanning multiple business domains and technical boundaries
- Experience with diverse architectural patterns and ability to articulate nuanced trade-offs between them
- System thinking skills to understand how individual components contribute to the larger multi-product ecosystem
- Object Oriented Programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
- Web technologies skills (e.g. modern Javascript)
- Passion for building products
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial
- Humble and willing to grow
- Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
