Being a 100 percent distributed team means that we have the opportunity to have a larger social impact than most companies that are many times our size. We also view it as the right and moral action to assist others who are not as fortunate as we are.

Health insurance

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. For many teammates, we cover 100 percent of the premiums. Choose the plan that best fits you and your family. Depending on what you select, there are additional options such as supplemental insurance and health savings accounts.

Retirement savings

Aha! contributes a percentage of your total compensation each year towards your retirement (and you can make voluntary pre-tax contributions as well). For U.S. teammates, we offer a 401(k) program. We have savings programs in place for people who work with us from international locations too.

Profit sharing

Sharing the company’s success with the people who help us grow is the right thing to do. So we celebrate the team’s effort through profit sharing every year. To date, we have always exceeded the guidance for annual profit sharing. It is just the right thing to do when you are a highly successful business.
