Role Overview
We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.
What You Will Do
Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Czech, provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently, collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Czech proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
