Role Summary

This is a senior, enterprise-level role focused on ensuring Adobe’s most complex, multi-solution programs are set up for success from initiation through delivery execution.

You will operate as an independent technical leader and strategic partner to delivery and executive teams. You will validate solution feasibility, identify risks early, and influence key decisions that improve delivery predictability and customer outcomes.

This role spans multiple practices, solutions, and high-value engagements. You will strengthen delivery consistency, improve quality, and drive long-term customer success atscale.

What You’ll Do

As a senior technical leader, you will operate at the intersection of architecture, delivery strategy, and transformation. You will shape how complex Adobe solutions are designed, committed, and delivered.

You will review deal-to-delivery inputs, including statements of work, assumptions, resourcing plans, requirements, and technical designs. You will assess delivery readiness, identify risks, and highlight gaps in governance or execution standards.

You will provide clear, actionable recommendations to delivery and customer stakeholders. You will present findings at an executive level and offer direct, data-driven guidance to improve delivery outcomes.

Strategic Technical Leadership

You will operate as a trusted technical leader across Adobe’s largest and most complex engagements, guiding solution direction and ensuring alignment with scalable, long-term platform design.

Drawing on your experience leading enterprise-scale implementations, you will bring a broad, cross-solution perspective to architectural decisions. You will identify risks, assess feasibility, and ensure solutions are designed for durability, scalability, and business impact.

You will mentor delivery teams and elevate technical rigor across engagements. You will provide clear direction when gaps are identified and influence decisions that strengthen overall solution quality.

You will partner closely with senior leaders across delivery, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive alignment, accelerate execution, and improve outcomes across the portfolio.

Cross-Practice Delivery Oversight

You will lead delivery reviews across complex, multi-solution engagements, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with established delivery frameworks. Your focus will be on improving delivery quality, strengthening predictability, and reinforcing standards across the portfolio.

You will identify systemic risks and patterns across engagements. You will translate these insights into practical recommendations that improve processes, tooling, and delivery approaches.

You will partner with engagement and practice leaders to address gaps, align on priorities, and elevate execution across teams. Through this work, you will connect delivery performance to broader business strategy, technical direction, and customer outcomes.

Executive-Level Enablement & Transformation

You will work closely with senior leaders to improve how delivery is executed at scale. This includes shaping tools, methodologies, and workflows that drive greater consistency, efficiency, and quality.

You will lead initiatives that modernize delivery approaches and enable teams to operate effectively across complex programs. You will ensure improvements are grounded in real execution needs and deliver measurable impact.

You will contribute to strategic discussions and help shape how Professional Services delivers value. You will communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, translating insights into actionable direction and driving alignment at the leadership level.

Sales-to-Delivery Alignment

You will ensure programs are set up for success from the outset by strengthening the transition from sales to delivery.

You will validate solution feasibility, surface risks early, and provide direct, actionable feedback that improves delivery predictability and quality. You will partner with delivery leadership to clarify assumptions, strengthen handoff practices, and improve outcomes across engagements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale, multi-solution technical implementations

  • Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Analytics, AEM, and Workfront

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration, including APIs, data platforms, and CRM/ERP systems

  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy, delivery models, and cross-practice outcomes

  • Strong executive presence with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders across delivery, engineering, and go-to-market teams

  • Track record of driving measurable improvements in delivery quality, scalability, and customer outcomes

  • Confidence delivering clear, direct, and at times challenging feedback to senior stakeholders, grounded in data and focused on improving outcomes

  • Ability to operate across multiple programs and influence without direct authority

  • Strong focus on solution integrity, delivery alignment, and long-term success

  • Working knowledge of Workfront, DPO, JIRA, and Confluence

  • Experience mentoring and developing consulting talent

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $175,600 -- $340,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $235,400 - $340,900In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $201,800 - $292,300In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $201,800 - $292,300In Washington, the pay range for this position is $214,800 - $311,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
