Tasks
You will work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them into a flawless execution plan. In this role, you will be a provider of actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels.
If you're more comfortable in a conference room with a whiteboard full of post-it notes, this isn't the job for you.
Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Lean Consultant with a solid background in operations, process improvement, project management, or consulting who has delivered results, not powerpoints.
Someone who thrives in high-pressure environments and a background from hands-on, complex problem-solving roles such as process engineering, operations management, manufacturing or similar, where decisions under pressure are the standard.
You will rock at this role if you have:
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments
- Exceptional communication abilities; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiences
- You're a systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes
- You're comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance
- You maintain composure and effectiveness when facing tough stakeholders
- Proven experience in high-accountability and fast-paced environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement).
- Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impact are a must.
- A heart for teamwork, collective mindset and someone who prioritizes the weover the me
- Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment.
- French and German will be highly valued.
- You are based in Spain or you will in a short time
