Position: Sales & Therapy Specialist, TAVI - Madrid y Castilla y León 70% (Toda España de acuerdo a la necesidad del negocio 30%)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned Division TAVI &territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve territory total product sales targets and associated individual product targets. Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.

  • Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping (CM), rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, etc. in line with divisional standards. Manage samples, demo devices, promotional and phone expense budgets as per your plan spreadsheet to ensure expenses budget is contained.

  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the Company's products where possible. Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with Company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

  • Compliance with local and corporate policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

  • Relevant Product Knowledge

  • Capable computer skills for Abbott field reporting data system and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.

  • Ability to put together a territory business plan. Numerical ability

Educational Requirements

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification or Medical/Paramedical certification eg. nursing or Relevant industry experience.

  • Preferably prior learning of professional selling skills.

  • More than 2 years with relevant experience in a sales role in the Health Care Industry (time in role indicative/expectation only). Mainly focused on TAVI segment

  • English C1.
