20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide. The Virtual Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing delivery operations from a remote (virtual) setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, Last Mile delivery, or operations coordination
• Strong communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with software tools, GPS/telematics, route optimization software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in shifts / flexible hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Reliable internet connection, home office setup
