Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Google Ads Junior Specialist. As part of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of Google Ads campaigns, managing client relationships, and analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization.
  • Work closely with senior team members to develop and execute effective advertising strategies tailored to meet client objectives and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
  • Conduct regular analysis of campaign metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track performance and identify trends.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day communications and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, including changes to Google Ads algorithms and features.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal team members.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
  • Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
