The GivePower Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the organization’s president to maximize her efficiency and effectiveness. This role will also support other department leaders within the organization. This role will work with the human resources team in recruiting purpose-driven, skilled teammates and prepare excellent onboarding experience for them. In addition, this role works closely with the entire leadership team in preparing documentation packages that meet our grant fulfillment requirements. This role will need to manage many projects and must be able to prioritize effectively to ensure urgent matters are readily addressed. This role will work directly with key decision-makers inside and outside of the GivePower team.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in creating and managing strong relationships with GivePower’s donors. Represent GivePower in a professional, authentic, and timely way with all stakeholders.
    • Gather documentation and organize grant fulfillment packages in a timely manner. Assemble monthly reporting decks with the leadership and creative team.
    • Implement a coordinated strategy of tracking our fundraising pipeline. Partner with leadership team members and vendors in creating team events.
    • Book complex travel and manage expense reporting.
    • Prepare and follow up on project execution plans. Anticipate potential challenges and exercise resourcefulness in recommending resolutions.
    • Assist in screening new hire candidates. Prepare onboarding plans for all new hires that create amazing experiences for them.
    • Complete additional tasks, as needed. 

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
    • Strong skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel; SharePoint, RAMP and Slack a plus
    • Experience in sales, business development or fundraising
    • Strong work ethic with ability to be productive in a remote work environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key priorities
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
    • Demonstrated command of all social media technology and operation
    • Exceptionally strong and efficient organization skills
    • Quick responsiveness and dedication to forecasting and meeting deadlines
    • Positive attitude with professional, engaging demeanor and mature sense of discretion
Compensation:  $65-$75k annually
