The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide strategic support and expertise to product team and engineers in the development of a best-in-class pharmacy adjudication platform in the areas of eligibility/accumulators/pricing.
  • Work with cross-departmental stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities and develop requirement documents to support the opportunity.
  • Work with product team and engineers in design and defining requirements for all new features and products within the claims adjudication system.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap over the next 3-5 years to exceed industry expectations and functionality. 
  • Ensure all development is in compliance with industry standards.
  • Support client trainings and documentation along with RFP and sales processes. 
  • Articulate ideas and solutions effectively to many different audiences, including executives, engineers, designers, and others across the business.
  • Collaborate and work autonomously. Working cross-functionally is key to success at RxSense, but this position requires both a desire and proven ability to make defensible decisions and own the path forward.
  • Prioritize outcomes over output. All solutions should be grounded in user- and business-level outcomes that align with RxSense strategy. Your leadership will be the driving force to ensure all development efforts are focused on industry standards and maximum client configurability to ensure the adjudication platform is well positioned to manage pharmacy benefits in the future.

 Desired Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years PBM experience.
  • Experience in PBM operations and feature development in the areas of eligibility/accumulators/pricing. 
  • Proven ability to self-manage, make data-driven decisions, and work autonomously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in working with engineers and QA is a plus.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000
