Job Description

  • You will take over the techno-functional consultant role on our engagements and advise our customers on the Salesforce Marketing and/or Data Clouds
  • Analyze, design & implement cross-platform features including connected systems and help our clients to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform
  • Summarize and drive complex statements toward resolution including varying groups of client stakeholders up to C-level
  • Your area of responsibility in customer projects is diverse. You are expected to lead workshops with customers, you will evaluate the techno-functional realization of customer requirements, you will be responsible for the design and the implementation process, and act as an interface between customers and our development teams.
  • Contributing to internal practice development activities, such as mentoring, recruiting, business development, marketing, pre-sales activities, and many other activities – where you feel comfortable.

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree 
  •  >3 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing and/or Data Clouds.
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new, innovative concepts.
  • You have a strong affinity for Salesforce CRM and digital transformations and have extensive knowledge of the configuration options within Salesforce Clouds and the different automation possibilities
  • A positive attitude with a ‘Can Do’ mindset
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and Programming
  • Experience with customizing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, email alerts, approval processes, list views, reports and dashboards
  • English fluently and convince with your communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant industry experience in: Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods
  • Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERP, Legacy Systems, etc.)
