As a Campaign Manager, you'll be tasked with designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored to bolster awareness, engagement, and acquisition in both existing and new accounts. The ultimate aim? Driving lead generation, expanding pipeline, and boosting revenue. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Lead the development and coordination of ABM projects to ensure effective traction across various streams, emphasizing individual contributions for pilot programs and targeted campaigns.
  • Project-manage the execution of ABM programs and campaigns, encompassing role identification, dependency management, timeline supervision, and cross-functional planning.
  • Ensure the establishment of processes and methodologies within the ABM scope.
  • Explore and propose innovative ABM campaign strategies and experiences based on program formats and budgetary considerations.
  • Strategize, create, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing awareness, generating qualified leads, preparing target accounts for sales, and generating pipeline to meet company objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and key individuals.
  • Customize campaigns for specific target accounts to enhance engagement and drive conversion.
  • Manage various program types including email, nurture, SEM, paid social, webinars, content syndication, and direct mail.
  • Develop and implement targeted outbound programs utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred, etc.
     

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or campaign management.
  • Proficient in crafting innovative campaigns and executing various marketing channels including email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, webinars, etc.
  • Strong grasp of marketing strategy fundamentals, encompassing buyer personas, competitive positioning, funnel stages, and different ABM approaches.
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, and assessing successful lead nurture programs aligned with buyer pain points.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM platforms like 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
  • Аnalytical and data-driven mindset, adept at utilizing analytics to evaluate the entire conversion funnel, pinpoint opportunities, and deliver performance reports.
  • Collaborative work style, capable of working autonomously and cross-functionally.
  • Effective communicator, able to articulate plans to marketing leadership and other stakeholders within the organization.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead projects with minimal guidance.
