Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in building, tracking, and optimizing talent acquisition systems to support Care Access's short and long-term organizational goals. You will be responsible for managing technology and systems, tracking key metrics, interim recruitment during surge periods, and contributing to special projects, including social media initiatives. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing and documenting processes and policies to streamline talent acquisition operations.
 
What You'll Be Working On
Duties include but not limited to:
Build and maintain talent acquisition systems to optimize recruitment processes, performance, and enhance user experience.
Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
Handles recruitment efforts as directed, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet organizational needs.
Lead special talent acquisition projects, including social media campaigns to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
Develop and document processes and policies to standardize and streamline talent acquisition operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Care Access's organizational goals and values.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Physical and Travel Requirements
·       This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
 
What You Bring
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in technology and systems management, with experience in configuring and optimizing talent acquisition software and tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key metrics related to talent acquisition performance.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Previous recruiting experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of talent acquisition operations.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
 
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles, with a demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility.
