Our team of shopping experts curates and hand-tests nearly a thousand deals per week, so there is always something new to discover each time you visit our website, app, and your inbox.

You may have noticed that our headquarters are in Boise, ID, but our workforce is fully remote in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania,  South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of U.S. time zones.

As an Editor, Deal Content, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the user experience by swiftly and accurately publishing informative and generous content. Your attention to detail and adherence to guidelines will ensure a cohesive and polished presentation of deals. This is a full-time remote position with a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday work week.

Responsibilities

    • Edit deal posts promptly and accurately, maintaining high-quality and consistent content.
    • Track and manage the status of edited deal posts, ensuring an organized workflow.
    • Stay updated with evolving store coupon policies to enhance accuracy and relevance in deal editing.
    • Ensure consistent application of the KCL style guide in deal posts, maintaining a cohesive and polished presentation.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
    • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in editing or content creation.
    • General knowledge of English grammar, AP style, and spelling.

Physical Requierements:

    • Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
    • Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
    • Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
    • Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
    • Use of Fingers: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling.
    • Feeling: Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertipsTalking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
    • Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.
    • Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
    • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
    • The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assignedThe worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
    • The worker is subject to noise: There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level.
    • None: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).
$40,000 - $45,000 a year
