Job Description
- Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Source candidates through various channels like job boards and social media.
- Screen and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and support.
- Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. * Promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Experience with sourcing tools.
- Recruitment experience in the IT Services and Consulting industry.
