As the Creative Coordinator, you will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to facilitate creative operations and contribute to ongoing optimization of a high-impact creative framework enabling best-in-class creative solutions more efficiently. 


You will provide project management, coordination, communications, and report rigor in the workflow for all jobs supporting creative and marketing assets creation. You will also oversee the trafficking of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the scope of work.

Key Responsibilities

    • Process & Workflow Management
    • Help build processes & systems for all Marketing cross-functional efforts, especially those involving creative production
    •  Oversee the intake process and align timelines with cross-functional teams
    • Identify potential weak points in current processes and find efficiencies
    • Manage bottlenecks, the process of internal approvals, and upcoming project deadlines across teams
    • Set up and monitor schedules, alerting management and teams to any foreseen issues or adjustments that need to be made to the timelines.
    • Ability to articulate and present ideas to all levels of management with confidence to facilitate necessary changes in the processes
    • Assist in the coordination of marketing to creative work flows
    • Project Management
    • Monitor active project statuses and deadlines across the team, utilizing information to update management on resource availability and/or constraints.
    • Proactively work with project owners to shift and reprioritize projects to allow for out-of-scope, unforeseen and urgent or reactive projects
    • Partner with key stakeholders in the development of metrics, track progress, and create reports to ensure objectives are met.
    • Assist in the coordination of conference and brand creative ordering, delivery and update key stakeholders as necessary to ensure quality assurance of creative assets.

Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of previous project management or coordination experience
    •  Experience working in a startup environment, with ability to hand multiple projects and prioritize deadlines. 
    • A key attention to detail. 
    • Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and cross functional communication.
    •  Previous experience functioning within marketing or creative teams.  
    • Experience with project management software comparable to Asana.
