We are looking for a Campaign manager for Argentina who shall be leading and driving and executing global campaigns and local campaigns for the argentinian user. Focus is to drive key metrics, through a full funnel approach, from acquisition to engagement and conversion.

This person will be responsible for driving and supporting the execution of global campaigns; this includes also creating adaptation and localizations, the evaluation, implementation, and reporting.  The campaign manager is responsible for coordinating and refining all aspects of Argentinas marketing campaigns, such as growth mechanics, engagement activities and brand. 

Responsibilities

    • Drive brand, comms and product campaigns;
    • Create campaigns through the eye of the local consumer and consider Social Media, Paid, SEO and Engagement aspects to it;
    • Act as the bridge between user-acquisition campaigns and brand marketing. Champion brand and user-focused narrative in all areas to drive user growth and adoption;
    • Drive new campaign ideas to increase conversion and product adoption;
    • Maintain a campaigns calendarization, planning and clear campaign reporting, including local and global campaigns;
    • Copywriting and proof-reading campaign related communications;
    • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance;
    • Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results;
    • Support paid acquisition campaigns, referral campaigns and co-marketing campaigns;
    • Support the local event team with event execution and communication, such as communication in social channels. 

Requirements

    • Native or fluent English is a MUST;
    • Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns;
    • Project management skills;
    • Understanding of the crypto market in general;
    • Experience or strong interest in copywriting;
    • Good understanding of branding, performance marketing and analytics;
    • Experience in Social Media, Community management and influencer marketing is a plus;
    • Hands-on approach;
    • Demonstrates a clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant;
    • Has worked in international teams and has experience managing projects with numerous stakeholders;
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles;
    • Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress;
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented;
    • Remote and startup experience is a plus.
