Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - New Business Territory Management

We are looking for a data driven and detail oriented analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a new role with the primary focus of shaping the way we design our territories internally with a focus on our new business teams while advancing and automating our process. The right person for this job has a team player approach, attention to detail, excels at problem solving through critical analysis, and is challenged by process review and continuous improvement.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we’re looking for:

    • Data driven individual with experience providing territory recommendations based on analysis 
    • Experience in the areas of territory and data management preferably within the SaaS industry
    • Must have strong proficiency in excel 
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce required for data management, reporting, and large scale updates
    • Strongly prefer candidates with business analyst experience, within a sales supporting role, with high-level understanding of sales funnel, especially as it relates to data quality, lead distribution, and territory management
    • Experience with parent and subsidiary ownership alignment and experience with SalesForce Territory Planning is an asset
    • Experience working with Dunn & Bradstreet data management is an asset 
    • Nice to have: knowledge of Traction or hierarchy build/maintenance

What you can expect:

    • Ownership of shaping and assigning territories quarterly and annually for new business teams through research, data analysis and enrichment
    • Work to systematize and document changes on a continuous basis 
    • Work cross functionally to ensure that new business territories are working cohesively alongside Account Management and Customer Success Teams’ territories. 
    • Attain a strong understanding of the current data enrichment process and rules of engagement (ROE), leverage this knowledge to analyze and troubleshoot data issues and cases surfaced by the GTM teams 
    • Provide ongoing guidance and improvements to the current rules of engagement (ROE) 
    • Monitor and own data hygiene to ensure accuracy among territory ownership, leveraging tools like Duns & Bradstreet and Traction & Zoominfo
    • Understand gaps within our territory plan to improve overall internal experience amongst different GTM Teams
    • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure that we are routing our leads, accounts, and opportunities to the right teams based on our ROE.
    • Define and scale territory process through data analysis, converting data into processes to automate territory 
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $89,000 USD and $121,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $85,000 CAD and $115,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
