THE ROLE:
FEVO is seeking a thoughtful Product Designer with a passion for crafting useful, elegant and delightful business experiences for our merchants. You will work closely with our talented team of product managers, engineers, and other product and cross-functional leaders to develop scalable and flexible tools that enable brands to foster meaningful long-lasting connections with their consumers.

Your day-to-day will include creating beautifully crafted design artifacts that inspire and influence team members towards shared goals throughout the lifecycle of a project from problem definition, solution ideation, implementation, launch and iteration in effort to create a groundbreaking product that will transform our industry.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • 3+ years of relevant product design experience in making web-based enterprise software for e-commerce, B2B, SaaS (experience working in event ticketing a plus) optimizing for scalability and Integration.
    • A portfolio of case studies that demonstrate your unique UX storytelling abilities, exceptional design skills, creative problem-solving and a superb sense of aesthetics.
    • Passion for making people’s lives better through technology and innovation.
    • Deep understanding of human centered design methodologies.
    • Experience shipping successful, large-scale UI/UX for mobile and responsive web.
    • Extensive experience with the latest prototyping and collaboration tools in asynchronous and remote workshop settings.
    • Influential communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.
    • Ability to turn business requirements into valuable user experience through hands-on design execution and delivery.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, complemented by strong organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Hands-on experience with user research tools, setting up unmoderated studies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Obsess over our merchant workflow. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and innovating the end-to-end web user experience that sets new standards in the industry.
    • Develop case studies that tell compelling stories about our merchants, their customers, and their experience using our products.
    • Show the value of design through managing communication, building trusting relationships, and holding your team accountable for your project outcomes.
    • Contribute to the design culture, solicit feedback and provide feedback to your peers to help make the team stronger.
    • Work fast to deliver value while maintaining a high level of craft.
    • Lead co-creation workshops with your cross-functional product team and business partners.
    • Inform new product/service value proposition and implementation roadmaps.
