Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for a multi-skilled professional to join our exceptional team on the position of Demand Generation Manager. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our integrated marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, craft, execute, and manage marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, generating qualified leads, and nurturing target accounts to a state of sales readiness. By leveraging your expertise in B2B demand generation and campaign management, you will contribute to the achievement of company targets and pipeline growth.

 

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Project Coordination: Project manage the execution of campaigns, identify roles and dependencies, manage timelines, and facilitate cross-functional planning to ensure seamless execution.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee various program types and define campaign objectives, target audiences, and strategies while managing the campaigns to achieve expected ROI outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to effectively execute campaigns, fostering productive relationships to drive success.
  • Innovative Tactics: Research and recommend creative and innovative campaign tactics and experiences based on the program format and budget, ensuring campaigns remain fresh and impactful.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize insights from Marketing Operations to report on campaign performance, progress, and key learnings, identifying opportunities for optimization and further impact on the business.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing creative campaigns and executing various marketing channels.
  • Excellent multilevel communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics to measure every aspect of the conversion funnel and report on performance.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to apply business acumen combined with results driven attitude.
