It is a very exciting time of growth for our Go-To-Market sales team, and we are currently hiring an Account Executive (AE) to strategically position Microsoft solutions within the commercial sector. This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

What will my role be?

As a high-performing Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and growing existing accounts at scale. We are looking for experienced, data-driven, ambitious sales professionals with a proven track record for solution selling, securing new business, and expanding existing accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with the dynamic Quisitive team and our counterparts at Microsoft. As a strategic partner, you’ll drive success for our customers and our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a data-driven, effective business development strategy to exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Develop and leverage strong, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with Microsoft Field Sales Teams
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including identifying solution, qualification and winning key prospective customers
  • Position yourself as a trusted partner who articulates Quisitive’s value proposition, competitive differentiation, and can translate a technical solution into solving into Client’s business need
  • Lead RFP responses, proposal development, sales presentations, and final contract negotiations
  • Maintain consistent CRM hygiene to reflect pipeline status and deal activities
  • Support customer-facing marketing events

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years' sales experience selling commercial solutions and services with the focus on growth in the Microsoft space.
  • Strategic, data-driven account planning and execution skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • An innovative approach, always thinking about the art of the possible, "listen" and discern client business needs
  • An understanding of the Microsoft Azure cloud across all three technology stacks
  • Ability to prioritize, convince and collaborate to achieve goals
  • Established and continuously expanding business network in the commercial space
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to interface, consult and persuade C-level and Senior Leadership level clients effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
