About the Role 
Leadership Connect is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager focused on establishing and evolving digital marketing processes, developing, and executing marketing strategies appropriate for key customer targets, developing current and new vendor/agency relationships, and reviewing key marketing metrics to make recommendations for improved effectiveness.  

Core Functions of the Role:

    • Establish digital marketing processes and infrastructure to support revenue operations 
    • Develop strategic recommendations for updates, revisions, and enhancements to digital and traditional marketing strategies based on competitive activity, market conditions, business updates, and technology enhancements 
    • Manage the development and execution of digital marketing awareness and conversion strategies that support growth with all customer segments in alignment with the sales team 
    • Understand behaviors and trends of key customer segments and garner insights that are actionable to increase audience development  
    • Partner with Sales and Operations to develop an approach to communicate with customer segments in a more meaningful way 
    • Drive and manage day-to-day maintenance and enhancements to core web assets 
    • Develop and manage organic search engine optimization strategy to increase non-brand results and enable thoughtful content recommendations for web and digital campaigns 
    • Assist in development, implementation and management of social media governance framework and sales enablement strategy, including content development, monitoring, escalation, and maintenance procedures 
    • Develop collaborative partnerships with IT and business stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives through to completion 
    • Develop a dashboard of key metrics and standardize weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly reporting to meaningfully interpret marketing engagement results and implications aligned to industry benchmarks 
    • Execution and management of digital events to drive top-of-funnel lead generation. 
    • Develop and implement lead acquisition and conversion strategies to enhance LC's online presence and user engagement. 
    • Utilize HubSpot and inbound marketing principles to attract and convert highly qualified leads. 
    • Manage and research social media groups, events, and trends to support business objectives. 
    • Write and improve trigger-based automated email nurture campaigns. 
    • Management of paid acquisition strategies through such channels as LinkedIn and Google. 

About You:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business required 
    • Five plus (5+) years of experience in Marketing and Communications with hands-on experience in the design and management of high-volume volume social, web and email campaigns 
    • Experience working in SaaS  
    • Proven foundation of digital marketing best practices and broad understanding of digital marketing principles 
    • Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress 
    • Highly skilled communicator 
    • Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving aggressive marketing goals 
    • Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and hands-on experience in digital and direct data-driven marketing execution, project management, q/c, testing, measurement, reporting and ongoing management in an online and/or direct marketing environment 
    • Experience with best practices in marketing campaign strategy and execution, demonstrated subject matter expertise in marketing and sales automation software, delivery strategies, and measurement 
    • Solid grasp of content marketing 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
