Location: Fully Remote (Must live at least 30 miles from Windsor Mill, MD)

Salary: $20 - $21 per hour

Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

Assist with network troubleshooting and maintenance.

Document support interactions and resolutions accurately.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.

Familiarity with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
