⭐️ The Marketing Ops role ⭐️

Join our Business Strategy & Operations community, whose main goals are to (i) define the strategy to achieve our business objectives (growth and margin) and (ii) build an effective revenue machine to achieve those objectives.

As a Marketing Operations Lead at Alan, you'll be leading the function and owning all processes, systems, tracking to optimize our inbound & outbound lead operations and support our growth globally (France, Belgium, Spain).

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing and Sales teams to build a vision/roadmap and deliver on Marketing Ops initiatives.

You goal will be to scale our B2B marketing automation systems, our marketing nurturing strategy and increase the quality of our leads.

Here's a non exhaustive list of topics you'll be owning
- Enhance our overall lead processes and tech stack (maintain and improve our marketing automation tools - lead generation & enrichment tools, marketing automation, CRMs, campaign management tools).
- Drive the outbound lead generation efforts to fuel our sales pipeline with high quality leads.
- Manage the lead data quality cycle in our CRM and improve our lead scoring mechanisms to prioritize leads for sales.
- Improve our inbound lead generation processes & systems from form fill to sales qualification (referrals, content downloads, webinars, meeting requests..).
- Support marketing teams to set up and drive successful nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor performance of our marketing initiatives and drive business insights.
- Lead & mentor junior team members

You will work with a great team of revenue operations members with diverse experiences and backgrounds.

For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1-E level range.

⭐️ Is it what you are looking for? ⭐️

You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B tech environment.
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation tools/processes and a strong understanding of CRM data models (examples: Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce, CustomerIO or other relevant tools...).
- SQL proficiency & a good understanding of database structure, data hygiene and analytics for Marketing attribution.
- Ability to frame & implement complex processes (lead scoring models, lead nurturing, segmentation & marketing personalisation).
- Business sense and ability to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
- Ability to be both hands on and think strategically/drive the "big picture" for the function.
- Great organization skills (prioritization of tasks, agile way of working) and excellent communication.
- Impact driven mindset & a strong bias towards improving processes.
- Fluency in English.
- (As a plus) Fluency in French.
