Your mission

Lead your team in planning sessions and ensure quarterly delivery cycles are planned based on our overall vision
Work closely with technology and delivery teams to design our platform capabilities and best-in-class data-based customer journeys
Strengthen our product management organisation, by bringing and sharing your passion for the discipline with your team
Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
Analyse market trends, perform competitive product analysis and constantly propose new alternatives and innovative solutions to increase product performance
Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
Prepare and review product requirements documents
Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users
Working with customers to improve the product
Control the execution and evaluation of competitive and market analyses

Your profile

8+ years professional experience in product and/or programme management (ideally in the software industry) and in team leadership/development
You inspire your team professionally and personally and enjoy joint successes
Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
Previously working with eCommerce tech and experience with AI is beneficial
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science٫ Engineering or other related area
Communication skills both verbal and written, negotiation skills and an analytical mindset are among your strengths in order to ensure clear and trusted interaction with stakeholders
Excellent programme management and presentation skills with a can-do attitude
Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach

Deine Aufgaben

Anleitung des Teams bei der Planung und Sicherstellung, dass die vierteljährlichen Lieferzyklen auf der Grundlage unserer Gesamtvision geplant werden
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technologie- und Lieferteams bei der Entwicklung unserer Plattformfunktionen und der besten datenbasierten Customer Journeys
Verstärkung unsere Produktmanagement-Organisation, indem du deine Leidenschaft für diese Disziplin in deinem Team einbringst und mit ihm teilst
Beaufsichtigung und Unterstützung von Produktmanagern und Koordinierung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams
Analyse von Markttrends, Durchführung von Produktanalysen im Wettbewerb und ständiges Vorschlagen neuer Alternativen und innovativer Lösungen zur Steigerung der Produktleistung
Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung bei der Erstellung von Produktplänen und Roadmaps
Vorbereitung und Überprüfung von Produktanforderungsdokumenten
Ordnungsgemäße Organisation von Produktfreigaben und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung des Zeitplans
Ausarbeitung von Empfehlungen zur Verfolgung der Produktnutzung und der Auswirkungen auf die Endnutzer
Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Verbesserung des Produkts
Kontrolle der Durchführung und Auswertung von Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen

Dein Profil

8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produkt- und/oder Programmmanagement (idealerweise in der Softwarebranche) und in der Teamleitung/-entwicklung
Du inspirierst dein Team fachlich und persönlich und freust dich über gemeinsame Erfolge
Bedeutende Erfahrung im Management von Produktlebenszyklen und in der Arbeit in einem agilen Umfeld
Erfahrungen mit E-Commerce-Technologien und KI sind von Vorteil
Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in Informatik٫ Ingenieurwesen oder einem anderen verwandten Bereich
Kommunikationsstärke (Deutsch und Englisch) in Wort und Schrift, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine analytische Denkweise gehören zu deinen Stärken, um eine klare und vertrauensvolle Interaktion mit den Stakeholdern zu gewährleisten
Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Programmmanagement und Präsentation mit einer "Can-do"-Einstellung
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit kreativem Ansatz
