Job Description

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Source candidates through various channels like job boards and social media.
  • Screen and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and support.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. * Promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Analyze recruitment data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. 
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. 
  • Experience with sourcing tools. 
  • Recruitment experience in the IT Services and Consulting industry.
