Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Business Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, with expertise in NoSQL databases, ELT/ETL data flows including metadata management, and experience with Kafka or Hadoop. This position is remote 80% of the time and requires an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data management solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability
- Implement data governance practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data management
