Imagen Technologies is a high-growth healthcare startup enabling patients to be diagnosed, treated, and managed at their primary care appointment, and avoids physicians having to refer out to hospitals, imaging centers, and other slow and expensive options. Today, we’ve built an AI-enabled platform that enables patients to receive immediate diagnostic tests, immediate results, and immediate next steps – all in a single Primary Care appointment, condensing time to diagnose and treat.

With over $160m in funding from Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S. - from 16 states and 500,000 patients in 2023, to 20+ states and 1.5M patients in 2024. By 2026, we will be delivering care across 35 states and to more than 5m patients per year.

We’re looking for a talented Director of Growth to support our commercial sales team and grow our partnerships with leading national healthcare organizations. You will report directly to the SVP of Growth, and work closely with our SVP of Partnerships, VP of Finance, and CEO, and be expected to travel up to 50% of the time.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and passion for Healthcare, understands value-based care payment models, is energized by deal-based work, can operate independently, and thrives in highly complex environments. We are ideally looking for someone that is interested in growing into a quota-carrying VP of Growth role at Imagen that will be supported by their own Enterprise sales team within the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling presentations and sales collateral to support the sales process.
  • Present detailed financial analyses to assist customers in understanding Imagen's value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contracting, ensuring timely follow-ups and objection handling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical operations, customer engagement & care delivery, finance, to ensure Imagen can deliver operationally
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new customer product needs and work with internal teams to support commercialization and new product pilots.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of healthcare experience
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage healthcare technology or services business preferred
  • Prior experience working in complex healthcare organizations, with extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare landscape especially payors, services, and value-based care companies
  • Prior knowledge of Primary Care Practices and their challenges and opportunities preferred
  • Strategic thinker who develops a deep understanding of your product and a client’s needs
  • Strong analytics toolkit and ability to conduct financial and operational analyses using client data
  • Strong track record of building client relationships at senior levels of an organization
  • Strong process orientation - you can successfully bring together and manage the team necessary to develop a new partnership

The base salary for the position is between $180,000 - $210,000, plus equity, bonus, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
