What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations or general management role where I can own process design, compliance/GDPR, and people leadership—delivering consistent, high-trust customer service in a fast-moving, growing environment.

I’m an operations and general management professional with experience across fintech startups, retail operations, and executive support. I build processes from the ground up, keep standards high across phone/email/in-person support, and stay effective in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.

As a General Manager at VitraCash, I progressed from voluntary Community Manager to leading company-wide operations, HR, compliance, and data protection. I served as the primary operational contact for a team of 8–9 (including three C-level founders), guiding UK/EU compliance, HR policy, and day-to-day operations. I also acted as Named Data Protection Officer, owning GDPR compliance and data handling procedures, and supported licensing readiness through external compliance training.

I’ve led customer-facing operations in multi-site retail as a Customer Service Manager at Ladbrokes Coral Group. I handled critical incidents as designated key holder and emergency contact, coordinated with police, area management, and security teams, and traveled across the region to provide operational cover. I streamlined in-store processes for consistency and efficiency, and delivered first-line IT troubleshooting before escalating to the IT department.

Earlier roles strengthened my operational discipline—from assistant management with responsibility for cash handling, banking, and strict policy adherence, to planning and supervisory support in retail.
