Dylan Chikaka

I’m a Junior Cyber Analyst and recent cybersecurity graduate, building my career at the intersection of SOC operations, threat intelligence, and hands-on technical support. I bring a solid foundation in security monitoring fundamentals, incident awareness, and practical operational troubleshooting.

Through my current Technical Support Intern role at Parul University, I support users with endpoint and operational IT issues, coordinate ticket handling and escalations, and maintain documentation and support reporting. I also participate in network monitoring and technical diagnostics in hybrid technical environments.

I’m especially interested in OSINT-driven investigations and security research, using structured methodologies to turn monitoring signals into actionable insights. I work with tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Kali Linux, and network diagnostics to strengthen my threat monitoring and analytical workflow.

I also develop security-minded automation and investigative assets, including an OSINT-focused threat intelligence platform and a React-based visual mind map for analysis. With ongoing learning in SOC workflows and SIEM concepts, I’m eager to contribute to Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Analysis, and IT Support teams while continuing to grow my technical and operational expertise.
