About the Role

A leading provider of technology for mines is seeking an Icon Designer for a single project titled "Nexus", with potential for follow-up work in the future. As an Icon Designer, you will be responsible for creating icon designs and graphical elements for a web application. The project demands a clean and minimalist aesthetic, prioritizing simplicity and functionality over ornate details. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location. The estimated time commitment for this project is approximately one week. We welcome candidates ranging from beginner to mid-level experience, eager to showcase their design skills and contribute to the success of our project.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma.
2. Strong understanding of design principles, particularly in the context of iconography and web application design.
3. Ability to create visually appealing designs with a clean and minimalist aesthetic.
4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for consistency in design elements.
5. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
6. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and incorporate feedback.
7. Previous experience in icon design and web application graphical elements is preferred but not required.
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
