This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position (based in WA), however there will be occasional travel (on the road) with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth.

Job Description

Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service

Primary responsibilities include:

Driving Order Volume Growth:

  • Increase order volume within the designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets.
  • Acquire new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform, converting leads into valuable partnerships.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships between Montu and pharmacy partners, acting as their dedicated point of contact.
  • Address partner issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure resolutions are achieved.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new value-added initiatives that enhance the partnership experience.
  • Engage in strategic planning to improve pharmacy results and drive mutual success. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives for internal teams, stakeholders, and potential use in case studies or training sessions.

Partnership Expansion:

  • Proactively expand existing partner relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert new pharmacy partners, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand Montu's presence.

Qualifications

  • 4 + experience in key account management, highly desirable if you have experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
