We're actively seeking a skilled leader to spearhead our Bug Bounty engineering team in meeting the high demands from our global customers, handling escalations, and adeptly managing expectations. What You Will Do
Empower a team of engineers with varying levels of expertise and domain experience to achieve a high level of efficiency, quality and consistency.
Expand the team through hiring and onboarding.
Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across the entire company. You’ll find yourself working most closely with Product, Design, your fellow engineers, and our most strategic customers, but will need strong relationships with all departments to be most effective.
As part of an engineering leadership team that punches far above its weight, you’ll dive into projects that influence the processes, efficiency, and development of HackerOne’s Engineering department.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years managing software engineering teams
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of delivering within time and budget constraints
Must be based remotely in Canada, Eastern Time Zone. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer support desk roles and/or organizations
Experience with any technologies in our main stack: PostgreSQL, Rails, GraphQL, Apollo, React
Compensation Bands:
Canada: $160-200k CAD
