Social Media Marketing - Hubspot

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Manage all aspects of HubSpot, including lead generation, email marketing, workflow automation, and CRM integration.
• Create high-quality, compelling content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
• Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Continuously optimize website design and content to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.

• Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy development.

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including lead generation, email marketing, workflow automation, and CRM integration.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create high-quality, compelling content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.

• Experience in content ideation, creation, editing, and optimization.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Proficiency in analyzing social media performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns.

• Experience in planning and executing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.

• Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1300 USD/month
