Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage all aspects of HubSpot, including lead generation, email marketing, workflow automation, and CRM integration.
- Create high-quality, compelling content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Continuously optimize website design and content to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy development.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including lead generation, email marketing, workflow automation, and CRM integration.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create high-quality, compelling content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Experience in content ideation, creation, editing, and optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns.
- Experience in planning and executing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
