I have expertise in GL Accounting, Reconciliations, Month-End Close, Reporting, and GL Team Management. I am a seasoned F&A Process Transition Specialist, proficient in KT, Pilot, Go-Live phases, and SOPs. I am an expert in Record-to-Report (R2R) and have extensive knowledge in Cash & Bank Accounting and Intercompany (R2R). I am also skilled in AP-Invoice Process Analysis.

I have a strong understanding of US GAAP and have worked with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, AIS Main Frame, JE Database, and STAT Database. I am proficient in using recon tools like Blackline and Trin-Tech Accounting Tools. Additionally, I have experience with reporting tools like Hyperion Essbase and AI-driven AceFin platform.

In my current role as Deputy Manager - Record to Report (R2R) / GL and Financial Reporting at Tech Mahindra, I manage GL/R2R Accounting Operations, including Journals, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Prepaids, Accruals, Intercompany (I/C), Cash/Bank Statement Reconciliations, and more. I proactively identify process improvement areas and implement enhancement tasks to drive productivity gains.
