About the Role
Product Design is where we create experiences that truly solve customer problems. By collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders, we merge business requirements, customer needs, and “magic” into powerful and playful interfaces that not only solve problems, but create retention, engagement, and virality. As a consumer led product company serving millions of people, we drive our insights from consumer research, developing prototypes and experiments, and creating world class interfaces that truly meet our customers where they are.
Challenges You'll Solve
- Design product experiences based on business and user needs; and use Figma to visualize those experiences
- Use and contribute to the growth of established design system
- Collaborate with PMs, product designers, and UXR to conduct user Interviews, research, and analysis on our customers and the market
- Create interactive prototypes for internal stakeholders and for usability testing.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze, and synthesize the insights to inform product design direction
- Support the evolution of processes, methodologies, best practices, and healthy Figma habits
- Synthesize feedback and directives provided from stakeholders and/or data from testing into creating better usability, designs, and products
About You
- Love to learn, you have grit, and a bias towards action
- Have a clear understanding of usability techniques and best practices
- Create visually stunning UI, you can prototype, and you set yourself a high bar for craft and quality
- Proficient in Figma and other product design tools.
- Up to date on fintech, travel, and super app products and design trends
- Data driven, objective, and curious about the truth
- Curious about, and deeply care for our customers
- Articulate, succinct, and can communicate problems and solutions clearly
