ServiceTitan is currently in search of a Group Product Manager - Payments. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a candidate who can effectively manage multiple projects, and make critical decisions regarding partnerships, costs, pricing, and methods.

As the Owner of our Payments products, you will be responsible for crafting flawless, secure transaction experiences that distinguish us from our competitors. You will steer product initiatives from inception to market debut, ensuring they cater to market requirements and offer concrete advantages to our customers. This role presents an unparalleled opportunity to employ industry-standard practices and your own innovative thought process to improve our customers' payment systems and augment ServiceTitan's offerings.

What you'll do:

  • Guide the vision and roadmap for our Payments offerings, understanding customer needs and translating these into product capabilities.

  • Develop industry-leading payment processing and transaction optimization capabilities.

  • Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer interactions and online community.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional product experience.

  • Drive product success and adoption by coordinating with marketing and GTM teams to create launch plans and campaigns.

  • Manage both high-level strategic tasks and hands-on development process, overseeing resource allocation, and goal setting.

  • Develop a strategic vision for the payments product portfolio, handling complex issues and implementing strategic policies.

  • Take ownership of several products or product areas, establishing operational objectives, and work plans.

  • Demonstrate advanced competence in feature lifecycle management areas and influence peers, acting as a mentor within the company.

  • Identify and implement team-level improvements to speed up execution, create efficiencies, and shape the GTM approach for multiple large areas or products.

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years payments experience, including at least 7 years in a product management role.

  • Prior experience with large-scale payment solutions.

  • Strong technical acumen and experience with payment processing in a similar industry.

  • Ability to translate business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision.

  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.

  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve.

  • High levels of empathy, allowing for a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences.

  • The ability to balance the needs of our customers with those of our business.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $169,000 USD - $243,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
