Note:- This role requires candidates to be available during PST hours and offers a fully remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and craft user-centric experiences aimed at enhancing customer value.
- Communicate design concepts through various mediums including user flows, information architecture diagrams, sketches, wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop functional prototypes to validate design ideas.
- Engage in Design Reviews and exemplify best practices in giving and receiving feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow designers and trifecta partners to champion design thinking principles, fostering cross-functional collaboration to realize vision and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess 3-5 years of pertinent commercial software experience, demonstrating proficiency in human-centered design methods and practices, with a focus on data-driven design to address customer challenges.
- Ability to present solutions across various fidelity levels, from low-level wireframes or mock-ups to high-fidelity conceptual visuals and wireframes, as well as technical documents and diagrams.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively with input from stakeholders, leadership, and teammates.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with development teams and product managers to deliver valuable solutions that meet user needs.
- Current knowledge of human-centered design best practices, including expertise in user research methods such as interviews and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in leading projects from concept to implementation.
