JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and action-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical SEO Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality organic traffic and generating leads that convert. This involves developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, utilizing AI tools for content optimization, and focusing on long-term growth and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a clear, holistic SEO strategy focused on generating high-quality organic traffic and achieving business outcomes.
• Create a step-by-step plan to achieve consistent organic growth and increase conversions.
• Take full ownership of business outcomes related to organic traffic and lead generation, prioritizing results over high keyword rankings.
• Utilize AI tools (such as AISEO, Surfer) to enhance content creation and optimization.
• Provide actionable suggestions on UX/UI improvements to boost conversion rates, although this is not mandatory.
• Execute SEO strategies swiftly and effectively, emphasizing practical results over theoretical approaches.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on SEO performance and strategies.
• Focus on long-term growth and building a robust business channel rather than quick fixes or unrelated backlink purchases.
• Address technical issues with an emphasis on strategic, long-term solutions rather than pointing out minor, low-effort problems.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of dedicated experience in Technical SEO.
• Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and generating leads that convert.
• Strong ability to develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies with a focus on business outcomes.
• Proficiency with AI tools used in SEO content generation and optimization.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate SEO strategies and results.
• A proactive, agile, and results-driven mindset with a willingness to take on challenges and drive continuous improvement.
