- Lead business marketing initiatives aimed at retailers for Facebook's advertising and platform capabilities across key market segments such as Fashion, Superstore, Online Marketplace, and Grocery retailers.
- Develop strategic positioning and content for the Retail industry based on market assessments, analysis, and in-depth understanding of retailer and Meta’s priorities.
- Develop vertical marketing plans that drive business relationships, solution adoption, scale, and revenue for Facebook’s Retail & Ecommerce verticals using Meta’s proprietary Ads Manager, Business Manage, and Analytics tools.
- Own and lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional partners including Sales, Industry, Events, PR, Product Marketing, and Measurement teams.
- Define best practices for Business Marketing for Facebook’s Retail and Ecommerce verticals and create and admin new content to the GMS Hub and Meta for Business.
- Apply advanced and highly specialized knowledge of the retail industry and Meta’s products that most effectively reach retail audiences in order to increase ad spend on Meta platforms an increase revenue.
- Speak directly with chief-executive-level retail business leaders and educate them on all of the advertising solutions Meta can offer their business to drive revenue and growth.
- Manage messaging and communication strategy for Facebook’s Retail & Ecommerce vertical, digital advertising campaigns, and showcase Meta’s products to the press and at retail leaders at industry events.

- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or related field and eight years of work experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation. Requires eight years of experience in the following:
- Developing and executing creative marketing strategies and delivering related programs and materials that advance solutions for the retail vertical
- Developing positioning and messaging for retail business products in partnership with product marketing teams
- Producing corresponding deliverables (e.g., messaging documents, presentations, guides, product collateral, and pitch decks)
- Leading relationships with cross-functional teams in business product marketing, business marketing, marketing science, and sales
- Marketing or advertising, developing strategy, positioning and messaging, including account planning, strategic planning, communications planning, and product marketing
- Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Marketing for the retail industry as well as experience developing product marketing content, campaigns, and programs
- Building new programs from scratch, leading initiatives cross-functionally, and creating value customers
- Simplifying complex solutions to resonate with customers
