The Darwin CGD Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin™ to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients’ requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The CGD Delivery team plays a critical role in helping our clients realise value from their investment in our technology;

• To be accountable for delivering to a wide range of Global clients and overseeing the design of the Darwin solution to meet the client’s needs;
• To lead and mentor junior consultants in ways of working and support their Capability Managers in helping them grow and develop;
• To work across multi-functional teams in different departments to deliver a market-leading implementation to the client.

We will count on you to:

• Lead consulting on Global programmes and complex projects for our clients in partnership with the Programme and Project Leads;
• Be a subject matter expert in Darwin with regards its product features and best practice;
• Oversee Global Programme workshops to understand the business and benefit structures and how Darwin best works to meet their needs;
• Be accountable for the gathering and documenting of Programme and Project requirements either directly or through junior consultants;
• To have excellent stakeholder and relationship management that enables you to mediate and provide solutions on how best to meet the client’s needs within the framework of Darwin’s capabilities;
• Be able to manage workload prioritisation for yourself in discussion with your Squad Lead and to remain focussed while always being aware of the strategic picture across both clients and the business;
• Support the Programme and Project Managers in their tasks of managing the plans, risk & issues logs in line with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM);
• Help to improve processes and drive efficiency across both the department and Darwin Services;

What you need to have:

• Experience of leading consulting for an Enterprise software product;
• Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees;
• Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital;
• Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused;
• Love working in teams and be great with people and be good at delegation as well as identifying opportunities for other’s development;
• Have a good understanding of Project phases and lifecycles;
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering an elevated level of accuracy.
• Interpersonal and consultative skills.
