The Head of of Creative & Digital Operations, Associate Director plays a critical role in enhancing our creative and digital team's productivity and strategic impact. This leader focuses on operational excellence, streamlining processes, and leveraging analytics to ensure throughput aligns with strategic goals. With a strong emphasis on process optimization, resource allocation, and team development, the Associate Director ensures that our creative and digital outputs are delivered efficiently and effectively, supporting the organization's objectives.

What you’ll do:

Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in process improvement and project management to increase efficiency and throughput in the creative and digital workflows.

Strategic Alignment: Work closely with leadership to ensure all projects support the organization's strategic vision, adjusting priorities and resources as necessary.

Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal team composition for projects based on skills, experience, and project requirements. Includes budget monitoring & tracking and external vendor management.

Analytics and Performance Measurement: Develop and manage a robust analytics framework to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.

Process Development: Design and refine processes to support the scalability of the creative and digital operations, leveraging tools and technologies that enhance productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the creative and digital team and marketing, ensuring seamless integration of initiatives and projects.

Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all creative and digital initiatives comply with industry standards and company policies, incorporating best practices.Team Development and Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, mentoring team members, and providing opportunities for professional growth.

'What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

A minimum of 12 years of experience, ideally with some in-house agency and/or agency experience required; preferably both, with at least 6 years focused on operational leadership, process improvement, and team management.

Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of improving team productivity and project delivery.

Strong analytical skills with experience in developing metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance improvement.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on mentorship and team development.

Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable, with a keen understanding of the regulatory and operational nuances in these sectors.

Required: Proficient in GSuite, Monday.com, Atlassian team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)

Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This position is eligible for benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible paid time off, Spring Health, Carrot Fertility, participation in a 401k with company match, ESPP, and many other additional voluntary benefits. Invitae also offers generous paid leave programs so you can spend time with your new child, recover from your own illness or care for a sick family member.USA National Pay Range$143,500—$179,300 USD
