Key Responsibilities:
Henry Meds is a leading player in the telehealth industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that enhance access to healthcare services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team and drive our telehealth platform to new heights.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Contribution:
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy aligned with our company's vision and goals for our telehealth platform.
Product Roadmap:
- Collaborate on the development and management of a dynamic product roadmap that aligns with business priorities, integrating user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis. Use customer insights to shape the direction of the product and prioritize features that deliver value to users.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to conceptualize, prioritize, and implement new features
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Clinical team, the Operations team, Engineering, and Leadership to gather insights, address concerns, and maintain alignment between business objectives and product development.
Data Insights:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in data analysis to evaluate product performance, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to data-driven decisions.
User Experience Advocacy:
- Promote excellent user experiences by participating in user-centered design principles, contributing to usability testing, and providing input on product design iterations for improved usability and user satisfaction.
Industry Awareness:
- Stay informed about the evolving telehealth landscape, industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare software. Identify potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software Product Management or a similar role
- (or 2+ experience and a graduate degree in business, economics, life science, data science, or a similar field)
- Demonstrated success at building and launching product initiatives that have a significant positive impact on the business and the user
- Previous experience working with either DTC Or EHRs
- Experience working with both Engineering and Business Stakeholders as a Product Manager.
- Strong aptitude for critical thinking and understanding business needs, with the ability to translate user insights and data into actionable product strategies.
- Proficient at working with excel or similar tools to analyze and visualize data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain learnings to both technical and non-technical partners
- A team player who’s able to partner with cross-functional leadership to quickly turn insights into actions
- Experience working with AB tests to validate the success of product initiatives and understanding of AB testing metrics
- Comfortable making considerations for data privacy and regulatory compliance considerations in a high-compliance industry like healthcare or financial services
- Very comfortable adapting on the fly and working outside your comfort zone in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Early-stage, fast-growing start-up experience
- DTC Digital health or Telehealth experience
- Experience contributing to NPV or DCF financial models for potential product initiatives.
- Proficiency in using tools like SQL, Looker, Tableau, Retool, or similar for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with digital health or telehealth concepts
